HR Solutions, Inc, founded in February, 1991,  is devoted to producing specialty software systems for the corporate Relocation and Human Resources professional. The corporation,  based just outside Greensboro, North Carolina, is a financially stable and successful company.

Applications Development

Our applications development and support is managed by Jeff Denmark, son of Tally-Up! founder Howard Denmark.  Jeff has over 20 years of application development experience.  Jeff spent 15 years with UPS working on projects including package delivery systems (electronic clip board), and tracing systems that provide delivery information including signatures to UPS employees and customers worldwide.  In the years since UPS, Jeff has been consulting on a variety of projects including web development, billing and inventory management systems, even voice recognition systems used by doctors. 

 Jeff has created PC-based applications like Tally-Up!, as well as client server, mainframe, and web applications.  He has experience with a multitude of languages including Visual Basic, C, Pascal, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL, just to name a few.  Jeff brings an amazing amount of experience to our team, and will make future versions of Tally-Up! deliver even more features with tighter integration with each customers' individual needs.

We have been joined by A Crystal Solution, LLC  to provide professional tax advice and consultation to us and Tally-Up! customers.  

About A Crystal Solution

A Crystal Solution was founded by Art Crystal, CRP, in April, 2002.  Art has over thirty years of experience in the unique tax environment associated with employee relocation.

Many of you know Art, and all Tally-Up! users have benefited from his expertise.  Until forming his own company, Art was employed by the company who formerly marketed our product.  For years, Art has been instrumental in guiding and advising HR Solutions about relocation tax law and the complex tax calculations needed in Tally-Up!.

Art has fielded thousands of your hotline calls, both during the course of the processing year and especially at the crucial year-end when the actual Gross ups are calculated.  He has provided telephone and on-site consultation, conducted training seminars, written tax articles and delivered speeches about taxes at various conferences.  He has set up complete systems for dozens of clients, and has personally used Tally-Up! and its predecessors for over eight years.
